Disappointing service

I called ADT POLOKWANE to assist me with system problem. The technician came to my house without me being there and charged me for a replaced battery that I'm not aware of. I tried since March to try get hold of technician with no avail. In the mean time the lady called Mpho Marema promised to resolve the query, but she was not helpful and keep defending the technician. She insisted with an attitude that I must pay the outstanding amount or else I will be blacklisted. The manager at ADT POLOKWANE promised to come to my house to check the battery. That was a month ago and nothing happened. Why must I pay for goods I never received <br> <br> I have received such a pathetic service and feel that the subscription I pay every month is a waste of money. Please terminate my contract and let me look for a security company that really values their customers
