Disappointing! Distraught!
Terrible service, terrible response time.
My alarm went off, no response from ADT! Someone entered my yard, and my security company nowhere to be found.
After contacting the call centre after 45 minutes of no response, I was given the excuse of it raining... 1 hour later and still no response.
Poor service. Such a disappointment.
