Disappointed

I have recently signed up for a 24 month contract with ADT,and as a reputable business I must say that I am deeply disappointed in the service I have received firstly let us start with the sign up now and get an alarm system worth R5500 free....well well well that alarm system is definitely not worth that at all,I have checked on your website and that alarm is even below the entry level alarm so the marketing to begin with was a huge lie.....secondly lets talk about the installation, the worst.... well sadly I wasn’t there when the installation was done,my mother was home, and she is 60 years old and limping and whoever did the installation installed the alarm the put one PIR/ sensor in the lobby/passage which is fine then they put the alarm keypad outside my bedroom,the master bedroom,which happens to be at the end of the lobby/passage....so my question is whenever the alarm is armed and my mother walks in....when is she gonna reach the keypad to disarm the alarm??unless you want her to run and trip all over the show,as I mentioned she suffered a stroke and limps and walks slow.....whoever did the installation saw that but was not wise enough to make a wise decision as a qualified and experienced installer. Then back to the physical alarm it self,that thing tou guys installed is definitely not worth the amount you claim its worth lets sort that out, I am a new customer and you came highly recommended but I must say this is already leaving a bad taste in my mouth,when I check your website and the alarm pricing the only alarm in the R5000 region is the wireless one not the one the installed,but Im not concerened about it being wired or wireless, but my concern is that the alarm has 3 PIRs not 2,and it has remotes to arm and disarm the system....let us discuss that please....we can leave the current one but add 2 remotes and one PIR and I’d be happy....then also on your website its written join ADT and get 3 months free whats the deal with that??
