Just had it in chunks with ADT! Firstly, they are very quick to take your money on the sale and explain how great they are. And that's when the rubber hits the road. Shoddy workmanship on installation and no standards maintained. The HYYP app only works randomly. Shocking service from call centre! 20 - 30 minutes for a phone call after an alarm activation. And to top it all off, completely clueless reaction officers who just stuff a piece of paper in the gate when the front door is wide open and disappear.
