Despicable Response Time

<p>ADT security response time is despicable. There has been numerous occassions that our alarm system went off at our house. On these occasions we are not at home. The security guards only pitch up at our house 30 minutes after the alarm activated. We have already been burgled two times in the past. When we signed up with ADT - they assured us that the response time is a maximum of 15 mins. They have not delivered on this agreement. We pay every month for a service that is beyond poor. There are no visible patrol vehicles in our area either. How are we supposed to continue paying ADT for such bad service? We feel unsafe and we no longer trust ADT as our house could be burgled and ADT not have even reached our house in time due to their pathetic response time. I requested a Manager to call me. No manager as called me yet!</p>
