DEPLORABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ADT

With regards to the report made about the service delivery of ADT I need to advise that the only action ADT has taken thus far to resolve the problem reported and acknowledged by them was to come and glue three ADT warning boards on the wall. No attention given to the technical / monitoring problem given at this late date.
