delaying and dishonest tactics for cancelation

twice that i have cancelled with adt its been the same story.

delay delay delay.by the time they actually agree to cancel 10-14 days will pass.

these days you are billed for.

but here is the good part.

they recieved my cancelation letter on the 10 may.they state in their contract 30 days notice.fair enough.

but month end they debited the full amount, which should have been 10days only.

so i phoned .only to be told that even after 30 days they will still bill you for the remainder of the month.

an extra 20 days just for fun.

so in total i had to pay 50 days to cancel with adt.

i do not wish for a reply or a refund or an apology.

i have wasted enough of my precious time.

but the consequences of adt's actions will make me the worst walking advert

i will go out of my way to relay this event to every single freind ,aquaintance, etc etc
