Delayed response time

<p>I stay in the Olifansfontein area, and most houses on our street have ADT security installed.</p> <p> </p> <p>There is only one car allocated to patrol the whole Olifants area, and i think that is totally selfish of them, we all pay but they service they are giving is very poor, considering that the crime rate is quite high around this period.</p> <p> </p> <p>Last night we had an intruder in our house and the response only arrived after 30 minutes, that is not the kind of service we pay for every month.</p> <p>I am irritated with their service, and if it does not improve, they are going to loose a lot of clients.</p>
