Delayed response and claim not done

I have previously complained about ADT *********** staff and no ability to assist in received a call from ADT HR Nonoho who was nice but disappointed me by misleading me claiming she could assist me with my retirement claim I forwarded all my documents and haven't received feedback I spoke to Alexander Forbes and have been advised that they haven't received any of my claim forms. This is so upsetting and disappointing cause it is 8 weeks later and my claim should have been paid out I sent her an email and got no response and now I had about enough I feel it is sick that I will have to come onto Hello Peter each time for assistance. I want my money ASAP I don't give a rats ass how you going to do it but I will make sure I get it by the end of this week I have the patience to write this report on Hello Peter everyday and this time I want a manager or a director to contact me. ADT staff lazy and ***** misleading.
