Debiting money after cancellation

On the 10th of December 2014 i sent an email requesting to cancel my membership to armed response. My 30 day notice was supposed to be up 9 January. To my surprise, a full amount was still debited for January. I received numerous sms's to contact their call desk re my cancellation. I phoned them and was never able to get hold of the lady handling my cancellation. I eventually spoke to another gentleman who confirmed my cancellation and took down the reasons for my cancellation. Once again, a full amount was deducted in February. I did not even have the radio receiver connected anymore. I phoned them in a fury requesting a refund. My account still showed as active!! I finally spoke to the lady who originally was assigned to my account. She said she would put through my request for refund. That was beginning of Feb. Towards the middle of Feb, i phoned again to enquire about my refund. Once again, I was unable to speak to the person allocated to my account. I left a message to be contacted back, and i am still waiting. When am i getting my money back???? I gave the appropriate notice, and some more. So i want my money back.
