Debiting for no reason

I complained about t hi s since November, now it's January and still no refund after phoning so many times and getting told my refund is been processed then sending me smses stating I exceeded a callout of 4 and wanting to bill me more, guess what, this never existed since Fidelity took over. I also phoned today to ask yall to prove the **** charges your company is making up and I was told I will be emailed shortly, its now night time and still no email.

This is clearly a breach of contract on your part, I will be cancelling this contract due to this breach and ********** charges.
