Debited

I recently added the boom off contribution for ADT. I am a client of ADT armed response from 2020. Now they debited the armed response on the 28 March 2024 and the total of the boomed off and the armed response again on the 30 March 2024. Unacceptable!! Thus I paid them twice for armed response. I phoned them on the 2nd of April 2024 to ask them to stop the first debit order, and also the refund me my money. They never refunded me. Then I phoned them twice again on the 8 April 2024, the first time the accounts person even put the phone down in my ear. Also, they told me the first debit was for March, and the second was for April, changing the debit order without my consent. They will not even refund me, I must go to my bank to get the debit order reversed!! They will be losing a client.
