Debit order day
Their call center agents are so damn useless! I called on 13 March to change my debit order date to the 20th, today is the 23rd of March and still no debit order! Useless! The agent cannot even advise me on why my account has not been debited yet. Come month end then they want to know why there is no funds in the account.
