Debit order

In November I cancelled my month to month contract with ADT. End of December the debited my account with another month's subscription and 2016's radio licence fee. Upon phoning, I was told that the responsible person didn't process my cancellation and they will process and refund me. A week later I had to phone again, was then told my account is suspended and there is nothing on the system about a refund. Bottom line, every time you phone and speak to a different consultant, you get a different story..!! That is besides the point that their so called hot line number only rings with no answer. Pathetic - thank goodness I am done with such poor service...!!
