Debit of R2700 out of my account!!!!

I wanted to upgrade my personal alarm system to ADT that was in April 2022 I did all my paper work for the setup. I was told a technician will come out and do the installation he did come but I was told that my current system board is to old for there conversion. The agent told me that I don't need to worry no debits will go off until the system is completed. The technician never came back and I thought ok I will leave ADT. Then my worst nightmare begin they debit the month of December 2022 R2700 I did log a call its now 2 weeks no reply. They charge me for a service that I never used with no equipment installed I have all the chats with the agent that she confirmed that no debits will go off. I did send proof of banking statement but no one is calling me. That was the money that I wanted to use for my children's Christmas gifts I did not even buy them. I want my money back!!!!!!!!!? I never recieved a statement from ADT how is it possible to debit out of my account.
