We cancelled our services with ADT in Witbank over a year ago. One of the reasons for the cancellation was because, they increase their prices yearly without notifying us. We ever went twice into their offices after noticing that they were still deducting from the bank. They promised that they would cancel our account as per our request to our surprise they didn’t cancel the account. More than a year later they have handed us over to Nimble Group to collect the outstanding money. Luckily we still had the cancellation form that we filed with them. I would never recommend that you use ADT in Witbank. Apparently they do this to all their clients who cancel their services.
