Why does ADT not have any structure or people that will deliver that superior service. Three years ago I had a ******* at my home. Adt armed response gave an"all clear "signal but the *****'s were inside my home. ADT GOT AWAY WITH IT. My contract has been up for renewal for over 2 years but do you think they will remind you? I have tried on many occasions to get the contract renewed with no joy.Two months ago I sent them an email to contact me. An agent came out but to date it has not been concluded. Is it their way to get additional funds from me for a service that cannot render?
