Dangerously poor response time

In the early hours of Tuesday 5/1/2016 I experienced intruders where I reside. I pressed the panic button to sound the alarm. It took ADT almost 30min to arrive and when they did, the security guard just circled the house once and left. I was absolutely shocked! No one even bothered to check if the people in the house were ok. Anything could've happened. This is absolutely appauling from ADT. We pay so much to feel safe but the reality is that we are not. I am extremely disturbed by this.
