Damage caused due to bad practices

I had an ADT alarm system installed in late April and a large picture frame was damaged in the process. After having spoken to my helper, she recounted the incident. Apparently the pregnant ADT technician had move my furniture and was on a ladder dealing with an aspect of the installation and was about to fall off when she called out for help from my helper, who was working that day. The picture was placed in a precarious position and was knocked over in the process.<br> <br> After I raised the complaint with ADT, they wanted to hold their employee liable and would subject them to a polygraph as they did not claim responsibility. The employee indicated that this was not their fault. Which is correct as it is clearly due to the employer's (ADT) faulty and unsafe equipment that is placing their pregnant employees at danger. <br> <br> -Andreas Gerdes
