Customer Care Contact Via Telephone Non-Existent

Customer service hot line is a joke. Waited on the line for 30 min and still unable to speak to customer consultant.

There is a message that is continuously played in a loop. The hypocrisy is that the message states that customer service is their no.1 priority.

I will be cancelling my contract with ADT. What's the point of having a service provider that you can not speak too ?????
