We sign up a private 1-year contract and take over from the owner of the house. We book a service technician for the alarm system, too because I don't know anything about alarm systems. There was a lot of trouble with the agent that we sign because she makes a mistake with the bank account number. So they don't do anything without the right banking details. we stay 3 weeks without armed response to an inactive alarm system. It is 1 month now and nothing is happening. The same with our contract for the business that we signed at the same time. useless service, This company ois only interested in taking the money.
