**** new rules

ADT Just changes the rules as they feel. I think this new 4 visit rule is ****. They sold us monitoring and armed response, but now they want to charge extra for response. Do they actually think people sit back and enjoy the fact that your alarm goes off and you sit at work wondering if anything is happening at your home. They do not consider other peoples animals like cats setting off your alarm, which is completely out of your control but now you have to pay for it if you are more than 4 responses. SO do we get credit for the months we dont have any responses? No any way to make more money with doing less work!

I will not recommend their service
