Cracked ceiling and wall from technicians

I am a new homeowner, and called ADT to install security beams. The technicians cracked the ceiling in the passage, drilled wholes in different sections of the ceiling by mistake, and at the back wall of my house. They left without indicating the cracks. I have been calling, reporting the incident, seemingly no progress on fixing the cracks for the past 4 weeks. If no fixing occurs, I regrettably will request all the deposit money and try a different service provider. This is truly disheartening and ADT is not solving the matter efficiently enough.
