I employed React Alarms to connect my existing alarm system to ADT armed response. First day they turned up without the right equipment. 2nd day they installed the equipment and told me the equipment was tested and that I would be connected to ADT the following day. When leaving I asked where the stickers / ADT signs for the house were - they informed me that they didn't have any so they would be back another day. The technicians employed by React/ADT turn up without uniforms in unmarked vehicles - in this case heaps of junk with broken / missing windows etc.. I was nervous about letting them in as only one seemed to have some sort of ***** looking ADT I.D. A few days later I set the alarm off and ADT did not phone or come. I rang ADT and they told me they had not received a signal and asked me for my password which I was not given. React said they would come at 14:30, they rang 14:30 to say 17:00, they rang 17:00 to say 19:00 I told them to go home. I now want ADT and React to cancel my contract. ADT have not responded to my emails and I was promised a call from a Manager who did not ring. React won't give me a day when I will be refunded. Disgusting customer service.
