Couldn't care less

I hav an ADT alarm system that belongs to them. When I called in the past, I always had a problem for their staff to understand that the system belongs to ADT and they must attend to it. This time was no different and I decided I had enough and I terminated the contract. I asked them to remove it asap because I need the new system to be installed before the festive season. The do not respond, and when we called, the said they have time to 31 December to remove the unit. It does not work, but they expect to be paid although the are in breach of contract. Take my word, stay away from ADT. They are not professionals.
