Control room ***********
I'm taking further legal action against ADT. For the last week when my alarm goes off control room claims they never received the signal.
Michal the technician tested the alarm system this morning and got confirmation that the signal for panic and the alarm but control room never phoned
When I requested why I never received a call the alarm that went off they claimed they only received the panic signal.
This is unacceptable so this means if there is a break in ADT control room ignores the signal and claims they did not receive signals confieniently
I'm done I had nothing but issues with ADT for the last 4 years. I'm taking further steps
