contract signed, system activated....now ADT cab sit back and relax.

<p>Last Friday, ADT installed a fancy alarm system in our vacant house. The agreement was that they go there and investigate should there be an alarm activation and then provide feedback on what they has found.</p> <p>But now that the contract is signed It appears that all these promises made by the rep is a lot of Bull, as all this lot do is call you at all hours of the day and night to tell you the alarm has been activated???? ***? They don't even call the correct numbers either...can't seem to get that right either.</p> <p>This is not an "ARMED RESPONSE " service!!!</p> <p>No feedback is provided, I have to run after you to do your job??</p> <p>Cant gain access??? Gees people, can you do the job or not? </p> <p>Sort out this nonsense ASAP or I promise you I'll rip out that installation out myself and you can collect this bits in a box, </p> <p> </p>
