contract cancelled

I was a current client of ADT when I use to stay in Centurion but when I moved to another premises and realise there is no security and needed to install the full package and I was referred by your head office to Mr le Roux.<br> He promised that in 5 days the installation will take place and never kept his agreement so I cancelled the agreement and I have paid over to the bank account R3998.00 and requested the monies back verbally and on emails - he just respond that it will take 6-8 weeks to be refunded - I am in this premises 30days and still no monies was paid back - my contract is in my married name EJ Grota <br> Please I have send reports on the website they absolutely ignore me<br> My account was paid to date on account EST00335.... I urgently need help to get my monies back
