Continued Bad Service

Very very disappointing service, Power pack was faulty ,ever since that we have been replacing something every few months now , and every time they come out It 700 rand. None of the tech can seem to tell me what seems to be the cause, after Today I ask the tech to wait we need to check that everything is working before he leaves, yet he packs up and leaves cause he has another 12.00 appointment, But yet i need to pay 700. extras, I had this problem on Monday already , the sales consultant gets back to me on Wednesday after i had to call back to the call centre again, this is poor service <br> I need a tech to tell me what the cause of this problem is , and we will fix it I am NOT Changing batteries and power packs stuff again ,,,,, ITS NOT WORKING
