I've been trying for going on 2 years for my number to be removed from ADT's database. They phone me all hours of the day and night for an alarm that is NOT MY PROPERTY. I've asked nicely, sworn, screamed, etc at the call center agents but all they say is \this is the number on the system". Well you have the WRONG NUMBER!!!!! How do I get these people to wake up and get proper people on the phones and to get my number REMOVED!! I do not have an ADT alarm and with this service I never will have. I've blocked the number on my phone but it seems that they use different numbers to call."""
