Constantly Wasting My Time

I asked ADT some 2 weeks ago to come and resolve a few problems with my alarm that was in fact created by them when I called them to come out (which I subsequently PAID for).

After a week waiting for a call that was promised I called them again and was told that a technician would come out today to resolve the problem. After rescheduling my time so as to ensure I was home I get an sms informing me that they will in fact come out on Monday!

I am tired of their awful service and complete lack of disrespect for my own personal time!

What on earth gives you the right to waste my time!

If this is not resolved, I shall cancel my contract with you.
