Confused

New contract with ADT, app**** with ADT and had an outside sensor installed, sensor keeps activating alarm when I'm not there and my visit to ADT offices, I was sent to the installers, because it's not their problem the system is still under guarantee, sent me to IDT, miles away. This shouldn't be my problem as I am an ADT client and who they use as installer is their problem. I also phoned ADT and asked if alarm is activated and armed response wants to enter house can be supp**** with lock and key, the lady told me that if there is a problem, I must open the gate for the armed response even if intruders are on premises. ADT sends me to IDT and nobody from IDT or ADT comes out to resolve my issues, so I reckon if I have a break-in during the day when not at home ADT will take full responsibility for any losses and damages. I also went to ADT website, still waiting for their response, so here we are now.. It is about a month now, please resolve this, this is a safety issue and not a game. Mrs Cherese Van Der Mescht
