CONCERN OFF MY SAFETY

It is not the 1st time I have a problem. This morning at 3.44 my alarm went off. ADT phoned and I requested someone to come and check seeing that I am alone. At 4.10 the guard came out. As I was in a state already asking him if I must be dead before someone come out on a call, he respond with the answerhe had to go somewhere else. Why do I as a woman and over 60 have to pay such high amount monthly on security if they cant help me.
