Don't ever trust this company!!! The worst service ever! My premiums were increased by 200 percent! They then removed most of their vehicle presence from the area. After two emails to them, they acknowledged they gave me an incorrect email address to cancel. After issuing me with a new email address, they still don't acknowledge my cancellation. Their call center puts you in hold indefinitely when they have no answers telling you they transferring you to cust serv when they are the customer service Dept to begin with. Be very careful of this company. I will be taking it up with the consumer protection council as well as the relevant security institutions!!!
