Complete stupidity

<p>On numerous occassions I have been called when my grans alarm goes off. Each time I ask did they call the landline? NO. Did you call Lola and then Sharon? NO. How it is that again today at 6AM I get called when I am last on the list??? I have also fixed Sharons number since they have it wrong and STILL its wrong on your system. Thank you for the wake up call idiots. How should I trust your security when you cant even run your office properly</p>
