Complete Incompetency

I am so ****ed ADT is a *******. What the ****?? I was the one who called and canceled my contract, even paid what was required but still these people hand me over. When I found out early February I called they claimed it was a mistake but that there was a balance which I agreed to pay. Past 2 months suddenly lawyers keep contacting me and even today. So I called ADT where the call center proved to be completely useless as they said they have no trace of my account, which is nonsense, complete incompetency. Here they are ruining my name.
