COMPLAINT REGARDING THE TOTAL DISREGARD OF ROAD RULES BY ONE OF YOUR SECURITY GUARDS

You are referred to the photograph which photograph was taken at 9:24am yesterday morning. This security guard made a u-turn on Malibongwe Drive just after Boundary Road when it was not safe to do so and almost causing an accident with me. When I hooted at him he then suddenly pressed his brakes so as to cause (another) an accident with me. He again did that when he saw me taking this picture.

I am certain that this is not the way you want your security guards to behave especially where the sole purpose for their employment is to protect people and not endanger them with threats of causing accidents.

I hope you take this complaint seriously as this is certainly not the behaviour you would want representing your brand.
