COMPLAINT OVER UNEXPLAINED DEBT FROM LOADSHEDDING ALARM ACTIVATIONS

Im contractef with Adt security as from 2012 im 62yrs and have never missed payment in montnhypremiums. They deduct my premiums as they wish i tried many times to reverse and call them to query. As from 2023 they are harrading me over a debt of R5000 that i know nothing of. When askec they say its akarm activations that happened during load shedding...a problem that was countrywide and never created by because whenever electricity went on an off their system went off and the guards would come running to ask. And i would tell them. Now a lafy called Nomalanga say its the cslls i mede furing tjat period. I fail to understand as i keep on explaining to even their managers who seem to understand but their accounts department keeps on calling and texting me. I asked them to explain in writting a detailed statement where the debt emanates from but they failed to do so. Im so dissapointed in ADT
