Complaint

<p>Good day,</p> <p>My name is Nosiphiwo Ngamlana and I had installed ADT for the past two years however I am not happy at all I have four instances were my alarm went off and not a single response or telephone from them and i did not get meanwhile the were hooligans who were trying to get inside our house The fifth time they responded however the company they recruited SECUPRO only pitched 45minutes after i got home from work. I called to report this matter and no one seemsed to care as i never received a call back and clearly by the fact that our alarm still needs technichal eye mind the fact they only told us in the middle of my contract that they dont cover Khayelitsja but are in partnership with SECUPRO. I dont understand when they say its got no signal however when our electricity switches off we get text messages from them. I dont believe i am spending my money in great value with people that respect my business and honour their word that they would ensure they cover me in times when i need them the most.I spoke to two consultant between yesterday and today and they also just like their company did not give two cents aout my worry and current status, Nadia Miller yesterday and Siwa Sikili today.
