Complain

I am very angry and disappointed with ADT. Firstly, Last year April 2018 I contacted ADT via email to cancel my policy and the response received from them advised me that the policy is cancelled. Secondly, on my bank account I noticed a debit order amount of R356.81 from At. I then contacted them immediately via email to reimburse me as the policy was cancelled. The feedback received from them advised me that I will get my money by the end of business day. I waited but there was no payment received from them up until today... I made several queries with them but I was only receiving unpromises responses and that let me to give up due to unpromises that can't be resolved. Thirdly, this year July 2019 I received a message from ADT advising that my name will be handed over to Barkers and Associate Attorneys. I was very surprised that how could this people rush to jump to hand over my name whereas they are the one who is owing me..I sent them the email regarding this but there was no response. This year November I received the message from Barkers Attorneys that my name has been handed over to them.. I contacted them and advised them the whole story sent them proof of emails that I was leasing with ADT advising that I will be reimbursed and also the bank statement showing a debit order of R356.81 was sent to Barkers Attorneys and I am still waiting for their response. I am deeply deeply hurt about the company called ADT the way they treated me is unacceptable to hand over my name while it them who did not do their job properly. People out there must watch for ADT they rushing the money but can't resolve customer queries instead they handing over customers.
