complain

ADT fidelity security services sucks big time when I was their member there was sometimes no vehicles to respond to alarm. I sent an email for cancelation in August but up until today they have not cancelled my membership, when I call them they always say the person whos dealing with my cancelation is on leave. And now they sent me a statement that I owe them yet they're not providing any services to my house. I called last week and they promised to fix my problem but today I'm receiving a statement.
