<p>ADT helped themselves to an extra R342 from my bank account, explaining this as due to extra call outs. </p> <p>On my investigation and on threatening to leave them, they acknowledged that they were not allowed to charge this due to the terms of my contract, based on having been a former Securitas client. I demanded they repay me immediately.</p> <p>it took almost three weeks for them to repay. </p> <p>They sit on my money, earning interest, which they had *******ly debited in the first place.</p> <p>Lousy bunch of ******.</p> <p>i think this should be reported to the industry regulators.</p> <p>i</p> <p> </p>
