COME FIX YOUR ALARM!!!!
I had an alarm installed by your company but the zone at the door has been broken for longer than its fixed. I'm fed up with your empty promises and will stop my debit orders if you not going to send someone out to fix this!!! Why should I pay a monthly security fee but someone can easily come into my home and take everything whilst the alarm is still on? Its like paying for a working blue light in front of my house get your **** together.
