Clueless ADT accounts

Hello. See this scene. 14 Road number 14 A Road number, Cape Town. Next door gets work done by ADT Tec: man and we do as well. No charge for us, invoice 316034, charge for next door invoice 316033. SIMPLE ?? No no no no no no, you must be joking !!! This is too hard for us, in ADT accounts !! U pay the bill 14 A and 14 are free to go !!! Explained my self to I am blue in the face. They even went into my bank account to try and get the monies !!!! Even the Directors Rob Dale are clueless. Email email email email, speak to call centre. Nothing nothing nothing nothing happens !!
