Clive Makoni **** about the insurance annual increase
I joined ADT insurance in January 2019, my contract was done by Clive Makoni in Pietermaritzburg, he told me that my premium will be increased after 2 years because there is a special. I was very disappointed when I find out that my premium has been increased without my approval and I did not get the increment letter. I have been trying to solve this with Clive since January but he is not responding to my emails and I am starting to think he **** to me because he wanted me to join the insurance. I am busy searching other insurance companies, I am planning to cancel this insurance before end of this month. I will never refer anyone to join this company.

26 Apr 2020, 12:48 I was contacted by one of your Social Media Officer and she assured me that my query has been resolved, the premium will be reduced to the old amount but guess what?? the debit order is still the same and I wonder if I will be refunded for the additional amount they have been deducting.
