Check home security system

<p>Yesterday the 10/05/2016 I had a call from ADT telling me that someone wants to come out and see my installation of the security system on Thursday and that is the time when she can come see me. Not when is it possible to come out at my convienence it is to her convienence. It needs to be at my convienence! So far I have had no feed back on the complaint I made yesterday about this and it has been now over 24hrs which they say they will get back to me in 24hrs. I need to have someone come out on the Friday afternoon to check my alarm system!</p>
