Charging me R1000.00 for the replacement of a little keypad

Wow

Ok so ADT/Tek Alarms place and keypad really close to my door (i am sure you can see that the thing will get damaged sooner or later)

I call them in December 2017 to please come and move the keypad away or replace the item (I was not informed about any charges) now I get billed R1000.00 for the replacement of one little keypad. R1000.00!!!! I would have done all of that my self, I just didnt want to damage anything more or maybe compromise your system.

I am appalled and really disappointed ADT and TEK alarms your sales reps are selling a service that you cannot back up. I should have listened to my CPF and not use you guys at all.
