charged premium for the first two months

I took out a contract with ADT security in October 2015 and was promised that the first two months upon signing up is free. On the 2nd of November 2015, R350 was debited off my account and I was also charged R713.42 inclusive of installation and the pro rated amount for October and November 2015. <br> <br> when I signed the contract, we agreed that payment to be debited from the 25th of November 2015. I have spoken to Tshepo on two occasions(ADT) regarding this issue and he promised to phone me back on the 12th of November 2015 but till now I have received no feedback. My biggest fear is that they will take another debit order on the 25Th of November and I also requested two remote panic buttons which I have also not received and my place was left in a mess.<br> <br> Brenda Daniels
