Charged monthly but no service

I signed up with ADT two months ago.<br> <br> My alarm goes off the other night, I switch it off. I'm supposed to get a call from ADT confirming that everything is ok but I don't get the call. I call ADT customer care today and the operator tells me it seems they haven't \hooked"me up"
