Charged for security which i don't have

I was listed for an account which i don't have - my banker picked up on my credit report that ADT listed me but i don't have an account with them - no alarm, no armed response - nothing - now my credit rating has been affected - this is unacceptable, this matter needs to be resolved immediately -
